The prices below include consultation, set-up fees, custom ink blending to match your preferences, and complete addressing (no additional charges for addresses over standard 4 lines, or for multiple names) 

Outer envelopes: $4.00 each 
Inner envelope: $3.00 each 
Envelopes for hand delivery (does not list full address): $3.50 each 

Stationery and Invitations 

Pricing for stationery, invitations, announcements, and save-the-date projects are calculated on a per-item basis, and vary depending on printing method as well as level of personalization. All printed orders will incur a one-time set up fee, and re-orders will be per-item only. Bulk event accessories such as menus and programs will also be priced accordingly. Please see our services page for printing options and details. 

Event Accessories 

The prices below include consultation, set-up fees, all materials, and custom ink blending to match your preferences. Customizations such as motifs, monograms, headers or footers may result in additional charges as well as require additional lead time, and will be determined during initial project consultation. 

Place cards: $2.50 each (base)
Escort cards and table number enclosures: $5.00 per set (base)
Table numbers: one sided $7.00 each, double sided $12.00 each. 
Custom table signs/table names: $15.00 each (base)
Bride & Groom/guest of honor chair signs: $25.00 each (includes ribbon)
“Thank you” signs for photos: $50.00 each 
Programs: quote available upon consultation 
Menus: quote available upon consultation 

Event Planning and Day-Of Coordination Services

 - Comprehensive "soup-to-nuts" event planning and execution.
- Consulting and planning by the hour - for those event planning tasks you need help with or don't have enough time to do yourself.
- Day-Of Coordination - you've planned the event, now let me take it from here so you can relax and enjoy!

While the prices above are structured to minimize additional charges that are commonly assessed by calligraphers, due to the custom nature of my work I reserve the right to add surcharges to any price quote as necessary. Project consultations are designed to ensure that each project reflects the client’s personal style, as well as to determine any additional project costs up front. Therefore, potential clients are encouraged to take advantage of the project consultation not only to make the most of the design process, but to also avoid any unplanned expenses. 

With the exception of envelope addressing, the prices above are inclusive of materials and paper. If you have paper or any medium that you would prefer to use for a particular project, the prices will be adjusted to reflect a slightly lower cost of materials. Please note that some papers are more difficult to work with due to characteristics such as texture and finish, and additional charges for special writing instruments or ink are not likely but possible. While all projects are charged per item and not by the hour, projects involving paper that needs special treatment will require additional time to complete. Particular paper colors can be used if requested, however availability varies and, like any special request, is contingent on advance notice.
